Masters Students

Aravind Krishnan
Graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineer from Anna University, Chennai, India. Worked as a Graduate Trainee for about a year at Corporate Bureau. I managed to get certification in CCNA and also got a general exposure to Dot Net.

Research interests: Future Generations of Wireless Networks, Performance of fading channel, Quantum Communications and etc.

Francisco Martins Portelinha Júnior
Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Telecommunications (Inatel), Brazil, after one year as scholar at the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences (FHTE). During his graduate studies, he worked as an internship at Mercedes Benz Technology, Waiblingen, Germany and IBB-Stuttgart, Feuerbach, Germany. From 2007 to 2008 he worked as a development engineer at DSP Telecomunicações, Brazil. He is currently pursuing the Master Degree. His research interests include Cognitive Radio, Smart Antennas and Wireless technologies in general.

Guilherme Silveira Rabelo
Received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasilia (UnB), Brazil, in 2008. During 2007 and 2008, he worked in an internship program at Nokia Institute of Technology (INdT), developing simulation tools for wireless networks. During the same period, he also received his certificate as a Cisco Certificate Network Associate (CCNA). Currently, he is pursuing his M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering at State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). His research interests include computational simulation, radio channel characterization and wireless technologies in general.

Maice d'Utra da Costa
Received her B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasilia (UnB), Brazil, in 2007. During undergraduate studies, she worked as an internship at Wise Indústria de Telecomunicações and also worked with Trunking Systems, in a partnership project between Motorola and the University of Brasília. In 2007, she worked in an internship program at Nokia Institute of Technology (INdT), developing simulation tools for wireless networks. Currently, she is pursuing her M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering at State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Her research interests include delay and throughput in wireless networks, cognitive radio and wireless technologies in general.
